Meet Our Team

Barbara W. Sirotnik, Ph.D.

Is a professor of statistics and supply chain management at California State University, San Bernardino, and IAR Director. Dr. Sirotnik's Ph.D. is in statistics, and her additional areas of expertise include operations management, information management, computer programming and research methods. She has authored and co-authored theoretical articles in the areas of paired comparisons and contingency table analysis, and has published applied research in factor analysis. She has extensive consulting experience for agencies such as the Bureau of Land Management, the Riverside County Health Department, various colleges and universities, the city of San Bernardino Redevelopment Agency and San Bernardino Department of Public Social Services.

Lori Aldana, MBA

Is project specialist of IAR at California State University, San Bernardino. She holds an MBA in marketing. Her expertise includes employee development, human resource management and marketing. As project specialist, she is responsible for monitoring and maintaining client deadlines, implementing quality control procedures, and scheduling and motivating IAR employees. For survey research projects, she manages the sampling frame, generates daily custom reports and programs the CATI system.
