- Organizations must agree to, and sign a CSUSB Learning Site Agreement
- Intern(s) will be supervised, and will have a safe work environment
- Host employer supervisors must establish strong goals and objectives for the intern

*The JHBC has established this requirement to ensure our business partners, and the University, are not at risk of violating the requirements set forth by the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor.
Agreement to Non-Disclosure Policy (Recruiters)
Third Party Recruiters must agree not to disclose to any employer any student information without prior written approval from the student to do so. This includes information pertaining to the student's race, color, gender, national origin, age, disability, or religion.
Third Party Recruiters agree to provide in writing the name(s), city and state of the client organization(s) on whose behalf they will be recruiting CSUSB JHBC students and alumni. (This information will be considered confidential and will not be given to any applicant.)
Third Party Recruiters agree to provide in writing the title(s) and description(s) of positions for which interviews are being conducted if they differ from posted internships/jobs.
Third Party Recruiters will abide by the University's policy which prohibits employers from unlawfully discriminating in the selection of employees on the basis of age, race, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, citizenship, or status as a disabled veteran or a veteran of the Vietnam era.
