JHBC Ambassador Program

In a continuous effort to prepare undergraduate students for the transition from college to career, the Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration hosts a student ambassador program.  JHBC Ambassadors work with the JHBC Student Success Center, and keep current business and public administration students updated with events, resources, and other opportunities within the College, and across the University. 

Career Center

Located in University Hall, the mission of the Career Center is to support the career readiness of all students by providing advising, assessment, workshops, career events, employer networking opportunities, internships and job opportunities. 

JHBC Professional Writing Office

Located in Jack Brown Hall, the JHBC Professional Writing Center assists students with résumés and writing assignments. Visit Jack Brown Hall, Room 462, or schedule an appointment online via JHBC Resource Network. 

Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS)

Located in the Health Center Building, the Counseling and Psychological Services is available for all currently enrolled part or full-time undergraduate and graduate students. Common concerns discussed are: confusion, anxiety, shyness, illness or death of a family member or friend, and balancing academics and social needs.

CSUSB Writing Center

Located in University Hall, the CSUSB Writing Center assists students interpret assignments, discover topics, expand ideas, edit, and proofread.  

John M. Pfau Library

Services to Students with Disabilities (SSD)

Located in University Hall, the mission of the SSD office is to increase retention for students with disabilities by ensuring equitable treatment and equal access to all academic programs and facilities at CSUSB. 

Tutoring

Located in University Hall, the Learning Center provides a variety of free academic support programs for CSUSB students.  These include tutoring for many undergraduate courses, use of computers (IBM and Macintosh) with pay printing, and general study aids.
